- Email us at orders@paperengine.com explaining why you wish to return the item(s) along with your name, address and order number.

3. Take to your local post office or use a reputable courier service to return the item to us. We highly recommend using a tracked or signed for service just in
case something goes awry. If you are returning a faulty product, we will refund you the return postage. Please package the item(s) securely in something sturdy such as a padded envelope or corrugated box.
4. We will refund you to your original payment method within 28 days of receipt.

Our Returns Policy
If you change your mind about an order, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return the goods to us. We will give you a full refund, as long as the products are not damaged.
We will pay the costs of return if the products are faulty or misdescribed. In all other circumstances you must pay the costs of return.
We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind, your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you.
